A spelt saison recipe created in collaboration with renowned Vermont brewery Hill Farmstead. Lighter in color than Moneuse, with a persistent white head, and a focus on rustic spelt notes with the addition of "New World" hops, specifically Amarillo, which provides citrus notes.

Brasserie De Blaugies is a family brewery founded in 1988 in the tiny and picturesque rural village of Blaugies. Operated by Marie-Noëlle Pourtois and her husband Pierre-Alex Carlier, Brasserie De Blaugies has achieved great fame among connoisseurs in Belgium.
