DELIVERY POLICIES
Barriles & Cervezas offers its virtual store to make its products more accessible and with the most complete information to all our customers. In the same way, we seek to offer the best possible quality service at a good price.
Our product shipments are carried out by courier service, or by private messaging.
RETURNS
All returns must be made within three days after the product has been received, at our store in Del Parque La Amistad, 275 N, Rohrmoser, San José, Costa Rica. All returned items must come in their packaging, along with their documentation and/or labels, along with a written explanation of the reason for their return. After reviewing the condition of the item, we will offer to exchange it for the same item (if available) or a credit note. The cost of returning the item to our offices must be covered by the customer.
Damaged items will be replaced with another identical one, as long as they are in stock. If not in stock, the customer will be given the option to wait for it to re-enter inventory, or to indicate if they wish to have their money refunded. If so, the customer must adhere to the return policies of the National Bank of Costa Rica or the chosen payment method and its dispute resolution deadlines.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you wish to cancel your recent order, you must do so within one hour of making the purchase. This must be informed by sending an email to info@barrilesycervezas.com along with the order number and payment method information.
In the case of transfers, the money will be returned once it enters our accounts, with the deduction of applicable bank commissions in the case of SINPE transfers. For credit or debit card payments, the money will be returned within 48 hours, applying a deduction for the bank commission for card payment.
WARRANTY POLICIES
All equipment has a one-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It is the consumer's responsibility to use the equipment properly, following the provided instructions for use. Assembled draft equipment (kegerators) have a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The user must carefully read the provided instructions and use the equipment properly, according to what is indicated therein.
DATA SECURITY
The data provided to Barriles & Cervezas is completely confidential and will be used to properly follow up on your orders. It will never be shared with a third party. In the same way, it is the responsibility of each customer to adequately safeguard the credentials and information generated by our store in relation to their registration, use, and transactions, preventing it from being used by third parties.
