In this beer, lambics enter into a joyful union with a smooth, full-bodied flavor. A union that improves with age. Made from lambics aged for 3 years in the brewery's best oak barrels. It has a smooth and round taste. You will notice citrus notes (grapefruit, lime), wood (vanilla, clove, oak) and phenolic compounds reminiscent of whiskey. Its mild and slightly vinous acidity, together with notes of young apples, pleasantly rounds out the flavor.
