An autumn specialty, Oerbier is a delicious and complex beer that has a hazy amber color and a concentrated aroma of malt and light lactic acid. The use of Belgian candi sugar is noticeable with definite notes of cider and lactic malt. Very smooth with a sweetness that is balanced by faint undertones of licorice. This beer develops over time, acquiring a complex vinous character.
