Tripel with dry-hopping.

Jambe-de-Bois is a generously hopped Tripel. Blonde, very balanced, and deceptive: the alcohol is never aggressive, making it dangerously easy to drink. Fermentation flavors take the lead, with notes of pear and ripe banana. Hops contribute floral and spicy notes (white pepper, nutmeg). Its alcohol content gives it a rather rounded character, but the absence of residual sugars leaves a dry and slightly bitter finish.
