De La Senne Bruxellensis

Belgian Pale Ale.

This Pale Ale is re-fermented with a wild Brettanomyces yeast strain originally from Brussels. Amber in color with coppery reflections, its fruity attack (pineapple, red berries) is supported by its hoppy flavors and complex, wild, leathery notes. It then develops a rich malty note with biscuit accents and a persistent fruity/candied taste. Its finish is dry and bitter, its character unique.
