Kazematten Wipers Times Tripel

Wipers Times Tripel is a top-fermented, fruity, full-bodied beer (8.2% alcohol by volume). Like Wipers Times Blond, this tripel is brewed with 4 grains, 4 spices, and only local hops. Malted barley and wheat are used, in addition to corn and oat flakes, infusing the mash with 4 spices and milk thistle seeds (which also appeared on the cover of the satirical trench magazine The Wipers Times).
