Wipers Times Blond is a top-fermented specialty blonde beer (6.2% alcohol by volume), brewed with 4 different types of grains and exclusively with locally grown hops. The beer is finished with 4 distinct herbs, including milk thistle seed, also known as “blessed thistle.” 

This thistle also appears on the cover of the satirical trench newspaper The Wipers Times.
