This lambic features the Belle De Louvain, an old plum variety popularly known as Paterskloten and Hondskloten in the Brabant and Limburg provinces, respectively. Both were sourced from Hoenshof in Limburg and an orchard on the Wijngaardberg near Rotselaar.
