Spontaneous fermentation beer with cherries.

This beer was aged for 5 months in 600-liter oak barrels and then for another 2 months in small oak barrels, which give it a pronounced woody aroma as well as a defined structure. During the maturation process, the beer was aged with sour Stevnsbaer cherries from Denmark, which provide a distinctive fruity and tart aroma.
