Spontaneously fermented beer with cherries.

This beer was aged for 7 months in oak barrels, which gives it an aroma especially marked by fruit. The beer was matured with sour Stevnsbaer cherries from Denmark. Its maturation period results in almond aromas, a hint of vanilla, and delicate woody notes.
