Spontaneously fermented beer.

A blend of 90% mild lambic aged 18 months, 5% strong lambic aged 3 years, and 5% young lambic. Once bottled, it is aged for several more months. Since 1975, this beer has been adored by many for its deliciously gentle flavor due to its smooth and well-rounded texture. On the nose, it is fresh, resembling more fruit than spices, with slight notes of citrus, apricot, and oak. It also has a complex and balanced character with notes of wood, vanilla, and nuts.
