De La Senne Bruxellensis Reserve

This version of Bruxellensis has been aged for several months in old red wine barrels.

The result is a festival of flavors with red and black berries: wild strawberries, candied cherries, blackberries, and blueberries. It also features woody notes and, of course, the Brett brings not only fruity nuances but also accents of aged leather.

The finish is dry, with a delicious bitterness.
