Poperings Hommelbier Dry-Hopped

This version of Hommelbier has an extra portion of hops added during maturation. The addition of hops during fermentation imbues the beer with a pronounced floral and hoppy character.

While maintaining the essence of the more traditional variety, dry hopping provides a unique profile that can only be achieved with Poperinge hops. The additional notes of fresh grass and spring flowers create a different balance, resulting in a more hoppy experience.
