Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels.

Special version of the robust Black Albert, in this case aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels. In a sea of bourbon-aged stouts heavy on sweetness or with a high bourbon content, Struise wanted Cuvée Delphine to shine as the pinnacle of balance and moderation. Using the strong base of Black Albert, notes of oak with a hint of vanilla are detected, which pair perfectly with Black Albert's coffee and brown sugar notes.
