Taras Boulba is a thirst-quenching, light, and refreshing beer with a well-defined character. Blond and slightly cloudy, it develops fragrances of noble hops from dry hopping, which give it herbal, floral notes and a slight citrus touch. It has an intense bitterness and a dry finish. Its profile is completed with malty notes of fresh cereals, as well as fruity and spicy fermentation flavors.
